#9 | Aaron Lohman | NYPD Sgt. & Motivator
NYPD Sgt. Aaron Lohman has been working the streets of NYC for over a decade. The life of a NYPD police officer is not easy, especially if you are proactive, as Aaron is. Meals can be skipped, and when you do have the opportunity, you splurge. Aaron saw his weight get up there...and he attacked it head on. First getting on a bike, next..hitting the iron. He is a true inspiration and his Instagram moniker of “Huge Fat Loser” is great, because he lost of ton of weight and is leading from the front in the NYPD. Aaron is a true Protector. Listen to Aaron tell his story.
